JUNIOR OFFICE RELOCATION PROJECT MANAGER
Are you a qualified and experienced Junior Office Relocation Project Manager with 2+ years of experience in managing large sized office move projects and looking for an exciting new opportunity ? If so, please have a look at the following details:
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Office Relocation Project Manager to join one of their International clients based in Geneva.
YOUR ROLE:
The Junior Office Relocation Project Manager will cover the preparation for the move and the move itself. The role will be integrated into the business and IT work stream teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in meeting project objectives;
- Coordinate all aspect of the project related to the office and IT move
- Organize the communication and manage all subcontractors intervening on the project
- Proactively manage risks and mitigation;
Minimum BA
Fluent in English and French (written and oral).
2+ years of experience managing similar sized office move projects, ideally with minimum 2 years in Switzerland
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with Management and subcontractors
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
Strong organizational, interpersonal, proactivity and coordination skills; and
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in-time and under pressure.
