OFFICE MANAGER

OPPORTUNITY WITHIN A LARGE, PRESTIGIOUS ENVIROMENT

This is a job opportunity for a long term contract within a prestigious Government organisation as an Office Manager. You will be an integral part of the team, gain valuable experience and have an opportunity to network within a large organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your daily responsibilities will include working to keep the office organised, managing some of the aspects of facilities management, health and safety processes, man-power management, working within projects, updating the IT systems with relevant data, attending management meetings and general office administration duties.

REQUIREMENTS

For this job you will need experience of basic facilities management and experience managing an office. An understanding of health & safety from a management point of view, excellent communications skills, the ability to work as part of a project and strong organizational skills are also essential.
