OFFICE AUTOMATION ENGINEER - ITIL, MS OFFICE, SCRIPTING, FRENCH, ENGLISH
For a project with the European Parliament in Brussels we are looking for an Office Automation Engineer.
TASKS
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software components in the desktop configuration
- Administration of the local environment, directly related to the PC environment
- Participating in defining and documenting configuration of the local PC environment
- Documenting operational support procedure
- Drafting technical content for knowledge database
- Security administration and monitoring, in adherence to the security rules imposed by the Parliament's central security service (complemented by local rules where needed). This task includes anti-virus protection.
- Software asset management
- Licence management
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Very good skills in all of the MS Office applications
- Experience in programming languages and Scripting
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluent in both English/French both written and oral
- Very good communication skills
Both working as a freelancer or as employee are possible.
