OFFICE 365 SUPPORT ENGINEER

We are currently seeking an experienced Office 365 Support Engineer to assist throughout the enrolment of Office 365. The perfect candidate will have exceptional user interaction and be able to assist with the day to day troubleshooting and user support. The client is a large professional service, and has a strong global presence.

You will be working to assists the current Technical Team on an initial 3-month contract. You will be responsible for the smooth migration of Laptops and Desktops as well as being the core support team for any issues throughout the project. A strong Office 365 Support Engineer should have the ability to work flexibly and efficiently amongst current users.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS OFFICE 365 SUPPORT ENGINEER ROLE:

- Previous Office 365 migration experience
- Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of Exchange
- Experience in Skype for Business
- Mobile Device Migration Experience
- Experience of SCCM
- Windows Server Experience Microsoft Server Operating Systems (Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, IIS, SQL Server) and cluster technologies-with related certifications.

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS OFFICE 365 SUPPORT ENGINEER ROLE:

- PowerShell Scripting
- Exchange Online
- Excellent interpersonal skills
