Short description
Partner with the project lead of a global Pharma Informatics Operating Model change initiative in the design, development, and execution of an organizational change management strategy in order to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of the new model.
Main Tasks
- Conduct research, analyses, and assessments as needed to identify key obstacles to adoption of the model and key behaviors that reflect adoption.
- Contribute to the identification and development of key messages, effective approaches, and a strategy to overcome those obstacles.
- Assist with planning and contribute to the design and development of communications, training, meetings, website content, and other materials, methods, and techniques necessary to execute OCM the strategy.
- Assist with the management of OCM activity and tracking of progress.
- Help with periodic assessments of the effectiveness of the OCM efforts and appropriate adjustment of the strategy and its execution to leverage successes and overcome shortfalls.
Requirements
- Fluent in English language; to be based in Basel
- College degree; masters preferred; 10+ years OCM experience with 2+ years in OCM leadership role
- Demonstrable and significant knowledge of OCM methodologies and tools
- Substantial multi-cultural and/or international experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills; demonstrable creativity and drive for results
- Experience working in an IT organization highly desired; project management experience desired
