NextLink is a SAP Service Company created in 1996. Through our offices in London, Lausanne, Basel, London, Barcelona and Bangalore we support around 60 big companies in implementing SAP based solutions.
NextLink is currently looking for a OCM Lead to work for a well-known pharma company based in Basel, Switzerland.
BACKGROUND:
The role of OCM Lead focuses on organizational change management and provides a structured approach for supporting the individuals in the Diagnostics organization to adopt newly implemented business processes and supporting IT solutions. The objective is to have high adoption rates of the IT solutions. Scope of the OCM Lead role: Sponsorship, training and communication management based on the ADKAR model.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Start date: 09.10.2017 (as soon as possible)
- End date: 31.12.2017
- Workload: 60%
- Work location: Basel, Switzerland
- Remote/Home Office: Possible, prior approval needed (max. 1 day per week).
- Travelling: Not required.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activities include:
Providing DIA IT R&D framework and tools for OCM analysis and implementation throughout following projects: 1) Medrio SaaS Migration 2) Study Review Tracking and 3) other projects based on capacity.
Definition of the OCM strategy and development of plans within the project focused on moving people through the change
Collecting and reviewing OCM requirements, making recommendations on how the OCM requirements can be met, definition and implementation of OCM activities in collaboration with the Business OCM representatives
Stakeholder analysis
Sponsorship: Its role and definition of activities as well as managing expectations of them towards the project sponsor.
Impact analysis and assessments of the readiness of the organization
Development of adoption strategies for large-scale IT solutions by putting the customer at the center
Deliverables include:
All deliverables according to the defined DIA IT R&D OCM Framework
All deliverables according to PMM methodology, and in close collaboration with the project team
Sponsor engagement plan and implementation
Communication plan and implementation
Stakeholder analysis and implementation
OCM Profiling
Training plan and implementation
MUST HAVES:
5 to 8 years of OCM experience, including:
Experience with IT projects
Experience with implementing IT solutions
Experience with development of trainings
Experience with stakeholder management at all levels in the organization (end user to senior stakeholders)
Experience with development of communication plans
Experience with organizational change initiatives
Fluent English speaking
Nice to Haves:
Pharmaceutical experience or background
Knowledge of ADKAR model
