For our client in the Basel Area, we are seeking an Organisational Change Management Coordinator

Organisational Change Management Coordinator - IT Process roll-out
This Identity Management Project is responsible for the implementation of a new, in-house platform for Identity and Access Management. This is a global position and will be key in embedding this important change.
The Purpose of this Position:
- Support the OCM lead and help the project meet its objectives on time and to budget
- Increase the adoption and usage of the new platform by internal and external stakeholders and partners; strong focus on stakeholder management
- Create, deliver and monitor effectiveness of change communications related to the new processes for the handling of digital identity
- Use various channels of communication and identify and support the creation of training materials
- Support and coach various stakeholders through the transition phase to the new platform
- Support project teams and integrate change management activities into their project plans
Your Responsibilities:
- Working with Program OCM Lead designing, adjusting and implementing OCM and Communication Plans
- Applying structured methodology and lead change management activities
- Develop and manage online and social media channels
- Content creation, coordination with global channel owners
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops
- Assess the change impact - create and manage global metrics and feedback mechanisms (surveys included)
Your Skills:
- Fluency in English is a must
- High proficiency with working virtually
- 2-3 years experience in Change Management of Roll-Out projects
- Change project experience and interest in change methodologies
- Experience in multinational company
- Experience in IT project implementation projects
- Coordination of OCM activities successfully on projects
- Interest in new technologies
- Google Suite familiarity
