We are looking for an experienced Band 7 occupational therapist for our community PACE team. You will have Care of Elderly & Acute experience along with good communication skills, the ability to assess patients for discharge. Working with medical and community teams for a safe transfer to continue acute care at home.

Duration: Ongoing
Hours: 37.5 per week
