ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 3 years minimum Occupational Therapy experience. Skilled nursing, acute, inpatient or outpatient setting is desired. Active Arizona State Occupational Therapy license.
Setting: SNF
1.5 Week Assignment 12/24/14 - 1/2/15
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy required
Must possess U.S. experience; recent specialty experience within 1 year.
Active American Heart Association (BLS) card
Weekly salary will be discussed by Recruiter.
