Occupational Health Nurse/Employee Health RN Job

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE/EMPLOYEE HEALTH RN needed for a FULL TIME CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Lancaster, CA

Mon thru Fri 7:30am-4pm (5 days per week) 6 months

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Occupational Health Management/Employee health Nursing and case management
- Workers compensation management/Return to work
- Hospital experience and extensive workers comp
- Registered Nurse BSN required
- Strong clinical skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provided medical care for work-place injuries and illnesses
- Responsible for wellness program to include immunizations/vaccinations as needed, Pre placement physicals for new hires
- Responsible for the intake of any employee work related injuries
- Provide annual pre plaement physicals, TB testing, flu shots and wellness, Respiratory Fitness and Hearing Conservation exams, DOT testing, Blood Borne Pathogen and Hippa Compliance
- Accurately document all treatment and maintain employee medical files
- Directly reports in to the EHS Nurse practitioner

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Registered Nursing license with at least two (3) years of experience
- Experience in Occupational health OR Employee health OR Urgent care
- Strong communication skills, people skills and charting
- CA RN license without restrictions
