For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a talented Obeya Master.
In this role you will become part of the innovative Building Blocks tribe. Tribe Building Blocks is constantly islooking for opportunities to improve and to further accelerate the delivery of engineers and squads globally. Together with lean & agile coaches, DevOps squads and several managers you will work on setting up and improving different Obeya rooms throughout our organization. The purpose of these Obeya rooms is to create a shared direction, to help squads and managers in achieving their goals and in getting better every day. As an Obeya Master you are responsible for the layout and structure of the different visuals and improvement storyboards in the Obeya. The exact approach for this may vary depending on the particular area, squads and persons concerned.

Primary responsibilities/tasks/deliverables will be:
- Structure visuals and improvement storyboards in a clear and logical way
- Create overview within the Obeya
- Day to day management of Obeya rooms
- Setup new Obeya rooms
- Continuously work on improving our Obeya rooms

Your profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic but pragmatic professional with a can do mentality supportive to the needs of our organization.

Must have's:
- You have a bachelor or master's degree in a relevant working area (e.g. Business/Organizational).
- You are able to work at and switch between operational, tactical and strategic organizational levels.
- You have a customer oriented mind set, balancing process and pragmatism at just the right level.
- You have a strong focus on delivering results.
- You have excellent communicating skills
- You are fluent in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have's:
- You are interested in Lean and Agile concepts.
- You have experience in an agile IT delivery organization.
