O365 Security Engineer (m/w/d)

One of our customers is looking for an O365 Engineer who is able to procedurally describe the alarms generated in the various Microsoft 365 security interfaces and prepare cookbooks with step-by-step instructions for resolving the issues. These cookbooks are then used by our SOC to handle the security operations in O365 in the future.

Purpose and task of the job
+ Creation of cookbooks with a step-by-step guide for resolving the incidents generated in Cloud App Security
for our SOC
+ Creation of processes regarding these alerts that integrate well in our organization
+ Adaptation of our security policies according to best practices
+ Adjustment of the O365 configuration to reduce false positives alerts

Example incidents/alerts:
+ Impossible Travel
+ Mass Download by a single user
+ Malware found on OneDrive
+ User clicked a phishing link

+ Knowledge of modern IT security standards
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services in general (O365 specifically)
+ Experience with process design in large corporations
+ English required, German desired
