Nortel PABX & Symposium BAU Support Technician

NORTEL PABX
- 21 x Nortel PABX (no real IP component) (all aspects)
- 2 x CC6 (Symposium) + NCC systems, Web Client, CCT Servers.
- 3 x Call Pilot voice mail systems
- Interface to vendors for IVR's and Verint 360 voice recorders. Basic configs of the Verints, plus helpdesk functionality.
- Nortel DECT administration
- Physical moves in the Prospect and Baulkham Hills District buildings as required.

There may be a possible requirement for after hours work eg: server resets/break fix, but this is highly unlikely in such a short time frame.
