Non-Life Insurance Product Specialist

NON-LIFE INSURANCE PRODUCT SPECIALIST - TRAVEL REQUIRED

My client is one of the world's largest insurance companies and is internationally recognised - they are seeking a highly experienced INSURANCE PRODUCT SPECIALIST to join their team with travel required to Zurich, The Hague and Brussels.

As a Non-Life Insurance Product Specialist the role will include the following responsibilities:

- Conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments of a range of insurance products in order to optimize the product portfolio, using the following methods:
- Analysis of historical data and KPIs
- Gathering of insights from other areas of the business
- Timely production of the deliverable - an analysis and final recommendation of each product across several lines of business

Suitable candidates will have:

- Strong experience and knowledge of the following:
- Insurance KPIs inc. ratios
- Corporate non-life insurance products within various lines of business inc. Liability, Property, Financial Lines, Engineering, Marine, Motor Fleet and Accident & Travel
- A background in actuaries, insurance or financial product management
- Experience managing business resources across different international locations to drive activities
- Basic IT skills to conduct data mining and analysis in order to produce product recommendations
- Fluency in written and spoken English

This is initially a three month contract to cover the duration of the project, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience as a Subject Matter Expert within a world-renowned insurance firm, and will spend considerable time travelling to Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands.
