Non Functional Test Manager

Non Functional Test Manager:

My client is a multinational provider of informational technology solutions and business support services. They are urgently looking for a Non Functional Test Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* To review non-functional requirements for testability and help assess associated risks.
* Recommending NFT depth at creation time of programs MTPs.
* Making and maintaining NFT DTPs based on Program Release and program MTP and Test Services Governance.
* Managing NFT. In particular, having DTP reviewed and approved, running Test Preparation, Test Case Specification, supporting execution and defect creation, and wrap-up.
* Delivering outputs such as: DTP, Quality Gate Entry Sign-off, Daily Status Meeting Minutes, UAT status reports, Quality Gate Exit submission reports.
* Providing the Test Tools Manager with recommendations for NF areas and supporting them and their specialists.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a NFF Test Manager and/or 7 years in NFT role.
* Must have in-depth practical knowledge of ISO25010 and experience in testing all of the listed software attributes.
* Must have sound knowledge of test processes.
* Must have good understanding of Tmap-Next.
* Must have focus on Business value, quality; be pragmatic, open-minded, customer-focused.
* Must have a sound track record of delivering to the satisfaction of the end-customers.
