Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) Engineer

This is an excellent contract opportunity and a chance to get a foot in the door with one of the worlds leading car manufacturers.

My clients Noise Vibration and Harshness department are looking to bring in a enthusiastic engineer who will act as a key interface between various NVH teams.

The successful candidate will be tasked to provide Squeak and Rattle support for rig testing and within the manufacturing plant. You will also be required to offer support for body technical investigation work, both structure borne and airborne. Another key aspect of this requirement will be to provide technical and strategic support for the Airborne Acoustics team within the Vehicle NVH department.

Skills/Experience Required (Must haves):

* Minimum of 3 years NVH experience.
* Demonstrate the ability to resolve body related NVH problems such as body sealing, squeak and rattle, Noise Transfer Functions.
* Good understanding of customer expectations for NVH performance
* Good communication skills and the ability to influence other departments and management
*Full, clean driving License.

A great advantage although not essential would be the ability to collect and analyse data with a variety of platforms as well as having a detailed understanding of Body Structures that will deliver good NVH experience.
