I am urgently looking for a large number of NOC support staff/data analysis experts for a client in Poland.
The correct candidates will be located in either Krakow or Warsaw and be able to support the Incident managers across the globe, each consultant will support 10 Incident managers and be responsible for all of their documentation, data analysis, network documents etc.
You will have to have knowledge of Cisco technologies or aspire to have this knowledge and ideally you would be CCNA certified.
On a daily basis you will need to transfer the data and quickly present it graphically on Excel and then collate the data and transfer to PowerPoint for the incident managers to present to their customers.
