NOC Service Operations Team Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a position on the NOC SERVICE OPERATIONS TEAM SPECIALIST to join our client in Norfolk, VA.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE (WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AN SSBI ONCE SELECTED) IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- THIS IS FOR A POSITION ON THE NORFOLK VA NOC SERVICE OPERATIONS TEAM.
- SHIFT: 3rd Watch (DAYS) 5:45am-6:15pm Thurs-Saturday and every other Wednesday. Shift is 12 hours with 30 minutes buffer for lunches. Breaks throughout the day as needed. Alternating weeks 3 days on, 3 days off & 4 days on, 4 days off rotation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Detail Oriented Individual
- Customer Oriented Individual with exceptional communications skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to Communicate Technical Information to Peers, Leaders and Project Managers
- Will perform client relations functions within the Command Center utilizing HP Operations Manager and generate incident tickets via Remedy and HP Service Manager,
- Will act as a communications liaison between the Government and HP and follow up on Government requests and generate tickets as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- One to three (1-3) Years NMCI or Related IT Industry Experience
- SECURITY CLEARANCE - SECRET (SSBI INVESTIGATION)
- COMPTIA SECURITY+ CERTIFICATION OR OTHER 8570 IAT I CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Basic SharePoint usage/knowledge (preferred)
- Remedy and/or HP Service Manager Knowledge (preferred)
