A financial services firm in NJ (Ridgefield) is currently looking for an NOC manager to join their team. They are looking for an experienced NOC manager with a broad understanding of relevant technologies (eg/ unix, linux, windows, databases, storage, networking, scripting etc). This is a full time permanent role. No relocation assistance is available. Salary is approx 145-195k. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the team responsible for real-time monitoring and first level resolution of incidents relating to the global IT infrastructure and trading applications.
You will be developing, mentoring and training NOC staff, assigning and managing the work load shift personnel, and monitoring the status of alters, tickets and processes to ensure tasks are being completed timely. This is a great opportunity to develop you career.
