NHS/Healthcare Recruitment Manager

Sand is looking to recruit a interim NHS Recruitment Manager on an initial 3 months basis. The purpose of this position is to ensure that an effective and efficient customer focused recruitment service is provided to the Clinical Academic Groups. This includes; managing the recruitment function and overseeing the processing of human resource and personnel information, administration and coordination of recruitment, selection, and retention activity; bulk recruitment activities; records management; and managing the service delivery and quality outcomes of the wider team within a cost effective, quality and customer focused environment.

Key Skills Experience Required

Must have extensive experience working across HR/Recruitment within the NHS
Strong working Internal relationships across CAG Management, Temporary Staffing, Medical Personnel and HR Systems
Have a Degree level qualification in human resources or equivalent field
Understanding of quality information management Practices including human resource information systems, e-Recruitment and other web-based HR tools
Understanding of NHS terms and conditions of employment
Knowledge and awareness of employment legislation
Understanding of quality information management Practices including human resource information systems, e-Recruitment and other web-based HR tools
