NGN Inventory Management Specialist - Telecordia Solutions
The team should review some solutions like the Telcordia solution and other similar solutions and decide on whether to proceed with a specific solution like Telcordia or issue an RFP to the selected vendors.
S/He will report directly to the CTO and assists the team on all matters as they relate to project.
Term of engagement is three months, starting from November 2012.
Place: Tripoli/Libya
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Assist the team in pre-evaluating few solutions like the Telcordia solution.
- Develop with the team a decision Matrix on whether to proceed with one pre-selected solution (pre-evaluated) or issue and RFP.
- Based on the decision s/he will either develop with the team a new scope for a specific pre-selected solution based on the changes and revise the phasing suggested and finalize with the team all the negotiations/discussions with that solution or s/he will work with the team on issuing an RFP to the selected vendors and assist the team in the evaluation and contracting.
EXPERTISE:
- NGN experience from worldwide projects
- Specific experience with inventory management design, processes, operations
- Experience in RfP drafting and evaluation for Inventory Management Systems
- Specific experience (evaluation, design, rollout, etc) with Inventory Management systems like Telcordia
