(2 ROLES AVAILABLE. ONE IN STOURBRIDGE AND ONE IN WORCESTER)

Key Objectives:

-To maintain an acceptable level of new and used vehicle sales and add-ons
-To maintain an acceptable level of prospecting
-To represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and Company requirements
-To build a rapport with customers and identify their requirements
-To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction
-To maintain the required standard of vehicle display
-To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Applicants requirements:

-You must have previous experience as a car sales executive within the last 5 years within a franchised dealership.
-You must be a good communicator, have great customer satisfaction skills, and be smart, organised, flexible
-You must also have a proven record of high sales achievement
