Networking Engineer - Contract - Switzerland

A fantastic Network Engineer opportunity in Switzerland has just become available with a key client of ours.

Job Description:
*Provide day to day WAN and LAN design support for classified and unclassified networks
*Manage network to include configuration, implementation, monitoring and maintenance
*Deliver customer satisfaction; development of Statements of Work; generate Bills of Materials as needed
*Ability and experience positioning business relevance
*Other assigned duties, as needed and assigned
*Provide support and resolutions to network issues
*Ensure networks are at optimum operability
*Communicate and provide direction of infrastructure solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have Cisco Route Switch network engineer experience
*LAN/MAN/WAN infrastructure
*Good understanding of Global WAN concepts and global routing protocols
*Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications or Security Solutions is desired
*Experience with any of the following is highly desired: Citrix, Cisco Nexus 7K, Nexus 5K, ASA, VMware, Unified Communications
*Industry certifications desired: Sec+, CISSP a must, CCNA, CCNP highly desired
*Excellent customer service, communication, presentation and conflict resolutions skills

Role: Network Engineer (CISCO based network)
Location: Basel, Switzerland.
Duration: 6 months
