Networking Architect/+3 Months/Eindhoven

NETWORKING ARCHITECT/+3 MAANDEN/EINDHOVEN

Networking Architect urgently required for one of my clients for an initial period of 3 months to be based in Eindhoven.

The tasks of the Network Architect will be the following:

- Onboarding/implementing of network services for customer Philips; once implemented day-to-day delivery and improvement/enhancement of the delivery, handing over activities to offshore country in due time, handling incidents and changes.
- Create high level and detailed architectural network designs of the solution based on the requirements of the customers and the Atos standards. Maintain the technical integrity of the solution in case of changes and new developments.
- Participate as a technical NDCS representative in the different Philips projects.

SKILLS - MUST HAVES

- Academically qualified; IT-certifications in the mentioned areas from Cisco (CISSP, CCIE, CCNP)/Juniper/VMware;

NETWORK ARCHITECTURES AND COMPONENTS

- IT security concepts and architectures at both strategic and tactical levels
- Able to collaborate on strategic management level (NL, Global)
- Planning skills and accustomed to working with processes

SKILLS - NICE TO HAVES

- ITIL and IT services
- Network tooling and Scripting
- Virtualization concepts and software such as Citrix, VMware, etc. is a plus

REQUIRED LANGUAGES FOR THIS ROLE

- Dutch
- English
