The Senior Network Telephony Analyst at client plans, designs, implements, troubleshoots, monitors and maintains network and telephony services with internal departments and vendors for over 50 sites in the Northwest.
This position must remain current on industry standards and stay proficient on the technical infrastructure to meet all IT operational support objectives for client customers.
Flexibility, excellent organizational, coordination, and project/vendor management skills are at absolute minimum.

Job Responsibilities include:
-Design and implement all Network Telephony projects on time and within budget
-Monitor and maintain the network and all service requests to meet service level agreements
-Cabling scope, ordering, verification
-Consult with clients to determine network and telephony needs
-Manage Cable vendors to meet all service level agreements
-Document all assets and inventories
-Develop and provide Real Time and historical reports on the network and infrastructure
-Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes
-Stay current on technology and provide hands-on and documented training to team and peers
-Implement lab testing and design environment for training and troubleshooting
-Assist in developing documentation on Network Telephony instructions and standards

Basic qualifications include:
-CCNA
-Microsoft Project
-Project Manager/Coordinator experience
-5+ years of Cisco LAN/WAN design and implementation experience
-5+ years Telephony ACD/IVR/Contact Center/Unified Communications/VOIP/QoS experience
-3+ years project management/program manager experience
-After-hours and administrative support for all escalations, daily work, migrations, grooms, cuts, and projects
-Excellent MS Office Suite, Auto Cad, Visio computer skills
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to self-manage, and be a self-starter
-Valid drivers license and ability to travel within geographic service area
-Meet all SOX compliancy standards
-Sensitivity to Hospital environment

Preferred Qualifications:
-CCNP
-PMP
-BICSI/RCDD/NTS
-8+ years of professional experience in all aspects of the primary product, program technology.
-Familiarity with cross-connects, CiscoWorks, CAT 5&6 and Fluke and T-Berd, Wireshark/Sniffer, Netscout
-CA Concord eHealth
-Vocera Wireless
-Thorough knowledge of policies, practices and systems.
-Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
-Full knowledge of industry practices.
-Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields.
-Bachelors degree in Telecommunications or MIS desirable

Work Hours: 40 Will there be Overtime? As needed

Work environment/Is this a Medical facility?/Is a health screen required?
Administrative/Remote work. No screening needed

Telephony Siemens conversions from TDM to Cisco VOIP, Strong Vendor management, and heavy emphasis on administration/documentation
