IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Manage and control your global team to ensure sufficient staffing and ability
-Provide proactive reporting and management reports to main stakeholders
-Develop and maintain a network and telecommunication strategy and roadmap
-Assuring that global Network is functioning stable and reliable at all times
-Supporting the global IT team as last level support in severe incidents
-Responsible of network problem resolution (ITIL) escalated through incident processes
-Supporting in connecting 3rd party access but also assuring reliability, manageability and lifecycle management of the platform
-Develop a support team structure and processes to ensure good response times in incident, service and change processes (ITIL)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound education in Computer Science or similar field
-Broad working experience in a technical team lead role with networks and network equipment, routers, switches, wan acceleration, firewalls, Cisco, Riverbed, preferably in an international and large environment
-Prefer CCNA, (CCNP R&S is a plus)
-Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes
-Hands-on experience and willingness in designing and troubleshooting in VPN and MPLS environments
-Flexibility to occasionally work off-hours in short notice due to emergencies or due to planned maintenances or changes
-Strong acknowledge in DNS, IPM, DHCP
-English and German fluent
