For our client, an international, well renowned Global organisation, we are currently looking for an experienced NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST for a project in Zürich.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 5 YEARS
End Date: 31.12.2020
Location: Zürich
Workload: 100%
NETWORK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
PROJECT: Rollout of new Data Centres
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistance with rollout of new DC infrastructure and Servers integration
- Execution of planned changes
- Troubleshooting incidents inside the DC
- BAU assistance with service request (assign ports, create VLANs, etc.)
- Assist with handover of DCs from the customer to BAU teams
- Identification and fixing of configuration issues (review of configuration files, log files, etc.)
- Validating device lists, availability, accessibility of the infrastructure
- Review of available documentation (LLDs) if required assist to the customer with documentation setup/updates
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Cisco CCNP level or above
- F5 LB (Load Balancer) experience
- Checkpoint FWs experience
- Should have previous experience managing Data Centres and executed DC projects
PERSONAL:
- Ability to work within an international environment
- Team player and self starter
