Currently we re looking for a Network Support Analyst for short-term onsite contract, possible long term for the right fit.

This candidate will provide support for general racking, stacking, staging of equipment and networking tasks in support to Juniper CNS and DCIS teams and to assist in logistical support when shipment of equipment arrives at the Juniper campus. Logistical support includes unpacking, sorting, inventory, documentation. Contracted resources may be required to travel to following key locations as needed by client:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handles incoming shipments, receives, checks POs, and notifies department managers
- Maintains inventory in the IT Storage room, provides periodic reports to management
- Requests replenishment of equipment when threshold levels are met
- Prepares packages for shipping, maintains tracking, paper work and trail for all ship activities
- Manages entire storage room
- Manages acceptance and shipment of equipment to key customer locations utilizing Juniper Shipping resources
- Maintains and support lab within requirements of Juniper Networks
- Assists customer in staging, racking, stacking and cabling of equipment as requested
- Travels to local customer sites as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

- CompTIA A+ required
- CompTIA Network+ preferred
