Network Security Engineer

This position is a post sales service delivery technical project management function supporting the ordering, tracking, onsite installation and testing of the Security Services premise based services globally. Focuses on gathering, verifying and validating customer requirements for the Security Services order received, determining proper configurations, and working with customers or as part of a project team to verify how the Security Services Service fits and supports the overall solution. Will often partner with other service delivery teams to deliver the overall solution and with account teams to ensure the customer is supported end-to-end, from post sales through service assurance and billing, so internal communications and teamwork are critical.

REQUIRED:

- Expert Project Management, PC Skills (Microsoft Office, Word) and TCP/IP Networking experience
- Intermediate WAN/LAN Routing and Security Products
- Must be Proactive and Cooperative
- Must have active CCNA certification
- Strong customer facing skills
- Strong verbal and written communications
- IP based trouble-shooting skills
- High level of service comprehension, and attention to on-time performance as determined by customers and internal guidelines/targets.
- CISSP certification
- Independently support escalations and develop action plans
- Flexibility to support scheduled off-hours and weekend activities
- Knowledge of Connectivity
