Network Operations Analyst

Yoh has contract opportunities for NETWORK OPERATIONS ANALYSTS to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform problem analysis and integrate solution requirements affecting network elements and applications for both wireless technologies.
- Multi task as contractors will be on the phone with multiple functional groups for drive testing deployments.
- Work with people from various backgrounds and functional backgrounds.
- Coordinate with drive testers in the field for E911 functions.
- Work with PSAP group to schedule testing.

Job Qualifications:

- 24X7 ENVIRONMENT. SHIFT FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST.
- MUST HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS PREFERABLY WITH NORTEL AND OR LUCENT SWITCHES, E911 EXPERIENCE, DRIVE TESTING DEPLOYMENTS OR OTHER OPERATIONAL POSITIONS.
- Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with peers and customers.
- Upbeat and customer driven attitude and personality.
