ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains technical designs, data and information of Customer's landscape
- Responsible for maintaining the entire customer landscape and for that to have an integrated overview of the landscape
- Participates in P1 calls, willing to work on On-call
- Responsible for Quality of RCA
- Responsible for Quality of Impact Analysis
- Responsible for landscape risk management (Identifies Single Points of Failures, etc.)
