Network Engineers for Ipcore in Turkey- Cisco, Huawei or Juniper Focus

For a telco IP core network project that has already started, we require several Network Engineers with focus on Huawei, Juniper or Cisco equipment. Location is Istanbul/Turkey. The project is about HLD/LLD development for IP core network.
You need to have proven experience in writing high-level design and low-level design documents.
If your expertise lies in Huawei equipment, you need HCIE certification and proven experience working with NE40, NE-40E, NE40 X3, NE40 X8.
If your expertise lies in equipment, you need JNCIE certification and proven experience working with Juniper MX960 equipment.
If your expertise lies in Cisco equipment, you need CCIE certification and proven experience working with CRS, ASR9000, ASR1000, 6500 series, GSR, 7200 series, 7600 series.
This is an English speaking project and applicants need good English language skills.
