As an Engineer, you'll undertake a really varied role, in which we'll maximise your particular skill-set, ranging from first line remote support to onsite assistance. Either way, you'll need to be someone who thrives on exceptional customer service and exceeds expectations for our clients and further enhances our reputation for high customer retention. We'll certainly value your efforts and offer you the opportunity to develop new skills to progress your IT career. There are several roles available, suited to various skills and interests, all of which offer:

-training with the opportunity to obtain accredited qualifications

With a background in IT, you'll be enthusiastic and well-presented, with excellent spoken English and superb all-round communication and interpersonal skills. But it's that strong customer service ethic we're really interested in, along with a superb telephone manner. However, you must also have experience, skills and/or qualifications in:

-Microsoft Windows XP/7/8/2003/2008/2012
-Active Directory
-Exchange 2003/2007/2010
-Blackberry/Active-Sync Technologies
-Symantec Backup Exec Technologies
-A real understanding of IP/Networking/Firewalls/DNS/DHCP/VPN.
