My client is looking for a Junior Network Engineer with Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)/CCNA - Voice/CCNP - Voice qualification.
Job Profile - Voice based support for Cisco customers and partners involving various Voice applications
Ability to assist the customers with issues ranging from simple queries to network down scenarios
Required Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Excellent Probing and Troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work in Shifts (no night shifts)
- Expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Install/Upgrade
- Understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Deployment Models
- Expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Media Resources
- Expertise with Endpoint Registration and Feature support with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Dial Plan
- Expertise with SIP/H323/MGCP call flows
- Understanding of Cisco Unified SRST
- Understanding of dial-peers/translation rules/gateway debugs
- Understanding of Cisco Unity Express Integration with CUCM as well as CUCME
- Understanding of Cisco Unity Connection SCCP and SIP Integration
- Expertise with Cisco Unity Connection Call Handler Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Expertise with Unified Contact Center Express Install and Upgrade
- Unified Contact Center Express IPIVR/ACD
- Expertise with Cisco Agent Desktop/Cisco Supervisor Desktop/Finesse
- Understanding of Cisco Unified Attendant Console - Enterprise/Advanced/Standard/Premium
