Network Engineer-Cisco-BGP-VOIP-MPLS-CCNP-C.Lon - £45K-£55K+Bens

This is an exciting opportunity to join a gloabl organisation to be part of a dedicated Cisco network team. You be 3rd line point of contact for the EMEA region and also be responsible for project work.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years minimum hands on experience designing/supporting branch office Cisco routing and switching technologies (6500's, 4500's, 3750's, POE, 3800's, 3900's, 2800's, ip addressing, vlans, ospf, bgp, spanning tree, vpns)
* 3-5 years minimum hands on experience with QOS for the LAN/WAN for VoIP
* 3-5 years minimum hands on experience designing/supporting data center switching/routing/load balancer Cisco environment (7600's, 6500's, Nexus 5K & 7K, Cisco ACE, ASA's, ip addressing, vlans, ospf, bgp, eigrp, vlans, spanning tree, vpns)
* 3-5 years minimum hands on experience working with Large Scale International MPLS carriers (ATT, Verizon) for Wide Area Network connectivity
* Focus on customer service and service delivery
* Excellent oral and written communications skills, and interaction with end users, vendors, and technical staff is required.
* Knowledge of or skills in performance tuning and testing is required.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management processes is required.
* Knowledge in planning, design, and implementation of video conferencing systems is a plus.
* Cisco Qualifications: CNP or CCIE written or lab
* Cisco ACE Load balancer
* Hands on configuration experience
* Experience applying certificates

Beneficial Experience

* Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Suite (Call Manager, Unity)
* 3-5 years minimum hands on experience with Cisco ASA's, VPN technologies, DNS, Checkpoint Firewalls, IP Addressing, Cisco Wireless Technologies, Cisco WAAS technologies
* Monitoring Tools including Solarwinds, Openview, Network Access Modules (NAMs)
