Network Engineer
My client, a multinational organisation is Zurich is looking for a Network Engineer to start in January for a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, the Network Engineer will be focussed on the proactive monitoring and management of the IP network. The Network Engineer will also be required to work with Senior Engineers on exciting strategic project work to enhance and expand their network.
Essential skills and qualifications required:
. Cisco Router and switch configuration
. Strong understanding of OSI model
. Strong understanding of network security
. IP Addressing & sub-netting
. Routing protocols and technologies
. Monitoring and capacity management
. CCNA
. Creating architectural diagrams and standards/procedures.
