Currently we re looking for a customer-facing Enterprise Architect to focus on delivering and orchestrating Next-Gen IT consulting engagements to Enterprise, Service Provider and Public Sector Clients in the Americas. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing delivery quality, while simultaneously supporting the development of intellectual capital and thought leadership.

This key role will be responsible for supporting significant growth for Next-Gen IT Consulting Services at large clients in the region and the theaters within. The position requires significant collaboration, shared accountability with shared recognition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in growing a book of business through large transformational (IT) consulting engagements at the CXO level, in-depth understanding of creating an overall business to IT capability mapping through architecture-led methodologies delivering best-in-class IT services which enable or even lead the business. The candidate will have proven expertise working with (virtual) teams (both internally and with partners) to create and deliver quality client facing deliverables. This consulting role will require a relentless focus on adding value to customers by addressing their key pain points and challenges. Experience in running IT and IT consulting experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Makes a significant contribution to a team in crafting and delivering business value justification, solution architectureMS or MBA preferred
- 8-10 years working experience in a combination of IT consulting/systems integration and IT role(s)
- Proven track record of responsibility for managing project and/or functional teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer relationship skills including the ability to quickly create productive collaboration
- Complete technical architecture: deep expertise in two or more technology domains (network/infrastructure, collaboration, cloud, data, applications/Middleware) but fluency in all technology domains
- Fluency in network technologies and related, advanced technologies
- Expertise in several soundness disciplines (availability, security, etc.) and operational disciplines (systems management, change management, etc.)
- Fluency in key IT business architecture areas including business process design and governance
- Ability to direct other technologists to ensure collaboration and synergies across the team
- Project implementation skills including planning, reporting, directing the work of others
- Ability to solve problems with innovative ideas to affect change in customers environments as a result
