Location: Plano, TX

Position Type: Contract

We have an IMMEDIATE need for a Network Engineer with enterprise level Data Center experience!  The position is located in North Dallas, TX and will be a combination of on-site and remote work.  Qualified individual will be skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and possess exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

REQUIRED:

1.  Minimum of 5 years of network engineering with some design experience in an enterprise level Data Center environment.

2.  Ability to work with peer engineers and account teams to complete complex network projects.

3.  Strong requirements gathering and documentation of network environments and communicating with internal groups required.

4.  Ability to respond to requests for technical information from lead engineers, project managers and account representatives.

5.  Extensive knowledge on Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking.

EDUCATION:

4 year degree in Computer Science or similar technology related field.  Will accept experience in lieu of degree.

CERTIFICATION:

CCNP or higher certification is highly desired!
