ABOUT THE POSITION

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Senior Network Engineer for a contract opportunity in financial district in Boston, MA. This position will be a liaison role between operations, technical/development teams, and business line resources. Daily responsibilities include administration of IP addresses, DNS entries, DHCP scopes, switch ports, and use of the Infoblox grid.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in the following skill sets

- Manage DNS/DHCP Services/Operations
- DNS (Doman Name System) - Configuration/Troubleshooting/Support
- DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) - Configuration/Troubleshooting/Support
- Infoblox (Trinzic Enterprise) - Implementation/Maintenance of Infoblox Grids for Internal/External Domain Name Service
- DNS Statistics Analysis/Tuning to maintain a Stable DNS
- SNMP Monitoring Tools
- Infoblox Reporting Appliance
- Windows Command Line Scripting
- UNIX/Linux Command Shell
- Cisco Router/Switch - Configuration/Support/Troubleshooting
- ITSM Incident and Change Management
