NET/SQL Developer - Taunton - South West

.Net/SQL Developer required for our Government organisation based in Taunton South West.

Responsibilities will include:

Analysing, implementing and testing application/database functionality as directed.

Maintaining the application and Back Office systems; Effectively delivering the functional aspects of website applications; Developing web applications; SQL Server knowledge of writing stored procedures.

Involvement in the design of applications to include the use of an appropriate frameworks, Unit Testing etc The design, code, test, correction and documentation of product backlog items. Play a full role in Scrum and other project meetings.

Applicants must have the following skills.

C++/COM

C# .Net

experience of creating desktop applications Highly advantageous: WPF, MEF, PRISM, TPL, .NET 4 or above

Desirable: Entity Framework, WCF, WWF,

Candidates must hold current orwilling to go through SC Clearance.
