An excellent, niche product and a strong sales pipeline has accelerated the growth of an ambitious company and as such, has led to the need for a .NET MVC lead developer to aid the company with their projects.

The .NET MVC lead developer will be working on a variety of projects such as replacing a reporting system, migrating from a SharePoint system, creating a back end admin tool to enable clients to customise their home page as well as set up development practices inhouse.

As such, the .NET MVC Lead Developer will possess:

* .NET 4
* ASP.NET MVC 3 or 4
* C#
* SQL Server 2008R2
* SSRS - Reporting Services
* AGILE experience (TDD, BDD, Continuous integration)
* HTML, Jquery, CSS

Beneficial skills include

* Authentication experience
* Dependency injection

The company are open to ideas which will ameliorate the development process and speed of their product, so prospective .NET MVC lead developers should be immersed with Microsoft technologies.
