.NET DEVELOPER WITH NATO SECURITY CLEARANCE - MONS, BELGIUM - ENGLISH SPEAKING
(.NET PROGRAMMER, .NET CONSULTANT, .NET, C++, C#, VB.NET, SECURITY CLEARED, SECURITY CLEARANCE, NATO SECRET)
One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a .NET Developer that is NATO Security Cleared.
PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:
Activities to be performed:
a) Designs, codes, tests, corrects and documents large and/or complex programs and program modifications from supplied specifications using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
b) Takes part in reviews of own work and leads reviews of colleagues' work.
c) Specifically focuses on the development of Microsoft .NET Applications utilizing a range of techniques and technologies.
d) Design and develop C++, C# or VB .NET classes in the Visual Studio .NET development framework
e) Full knowledge of the most current .NET Framework Class Libraries
f) Develop fine or coarse-grained .NET components
g) Document the design and implementation using UML-based Case Tools
Requirements:
The Consultant(s) must possess and present valid proof of a nationally issued and acceptable security clearance to the minimum level of NATO Secret.
Requested skills, competencies and toolset knowledge:
Knowledge of the .NET Framework (versions 3.0-4.5) and Framework Class Libraries is essential
Strong knowledge of data design, including the fundamentals of relational and non-relational database design and implementation
Minimum of 5 years industry experience developing with PostGIS extenstions for PostgreSQL.
Minimum of 2 years industry experience developing with Microsoft Visual C++ programming language.
Minimum of 2 years industry experience developing with Microsoft Visual C# programming language and ASP.NET.
Experience creating and understanding large-scale, object-oriented system designs
Familiarity with administration and manipulation of PostgreSQL relational databases
Proficiency with optimizing SQL queries (PostgreSQL)
Knowledge of Agile development methods
Experience with Visual Studio 2010/2013 and TFS 2010/2013
Fluent English (oral and written).
