On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for.NET DEVELOPER - TEAM LEADER. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Technically lead the development team (2-4 developers) and drive the overall implementation
- Actively participate in elaboration of target IT- and business architecture of the platform
- Actively participate in business analysis and in stakeholder workshops
- Successfully manage intersystem dependencies and collaboration
- Be responsible for the release delivery
- Act as a scrum master, coordinate implementation, plan sprints
- Supervise and coach junior developers
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 8+ years of experience in developing complex financial applications
- 2+ years of experience in leading small development teams
- Strong experience in:
- .NET
- ADO.NET
- Oracle (T-SQL or PL/SQL programming)
- MS SQL Server programming
- Design Pattern hands-on experience
- XML/XSD/XSLT
- Working experience in an Agile, SCRUM, TDD team
- At least one of the following UI technologies must be on the expert level:
- WPF
- Silverlight
- HTML5
- ASP.NET MVC 4
- Knowledge of the following technologies are a big plus:
- Jira, TeamCity, Confluence Wiki
- Experience in structured products and traded derivatives, especially in operational aspects (booking, life cycle management, accounting, fee management)
- Enterprise Architect modelling skills, UML
- DBA experience with MS SQL
- WCF, SOAP, REST, WebAPI
- Any financial certifications (CFA, CAIA, AZEK)
- German
