SKILLS:
- 5 years' experience with .net framework 3.5, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005/8 and Windows Services. C# and VB.NET skills required;
- A demonstrated ability to engage with requesting business areas and project stakeholders;
- Ability to discuss technical issues/solutions with both technical and non-technical staff;
- Work closely with technical staff to facilitate system development; and
- A working knowledge of, and recent experience using, an agile development methodology.
