MY DUTIES:

- Interact closely with business to understand requirements, evaluate options and implement solutions
- Communicate progress transparent to stakeholders, end users and to the team
- Contribute to building quality software by using your knowledge to implement robust ETL and reporting jobs
- Follow best practices (clean code, well-structured solution) and align with the team
- Keep up to date with the developments in technology and quickly adapt to them to achieve better results

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Extensive .Net development experience
- Experience with SOAP services (mainly consuming these); ETL processes; relational databases (e.g.PostgreSQL); Unit and Integration testing
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Nice to have: knowledge about BI/data visualization tool (e.g.Tableau); ETL scheduling/workflow systems (e.g. Airflow); Energy market know how
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage

PROJECT INFORMATION:

- Goal of the project: Implementation of a generic system providing (and storing) relevant data from different sources for the purpose of regulatory reporting and trading
- Key deliverables of the project: Implementation of ETL jobs extracting data from SOAP services into a new relational database and visualizing data via a report (likely Tableau)
