NET Developer - Lausanne

Our client, a major international organisation based in Lausanne, is looking for a .NET developer to help with the development of a training and coaching tool for their HR team. Your role will be to adapt the tool to the various countries in which it will be implemented to the local processes, HR requirements and training plans.

Working within a Microsoft environment .NET, C#, ASP.NET and SQL, you will work with local HR teams to capture the required modifications, develop or change the application as needed and assist in the test and rollout of the tool. Working with the providers of the application, you will suggest other modifications which may improve the functionality.

The team is international and so we require a self-starter used to working across time zones and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and schedules. As this is working on a pre-existing product, business analysis skills are useful, but not essential - the ability to understand development requirements and deliver changes and improvements in time are.

Fluency in English is required.
