Net Developer

My client a leading provider of defence and security products and services in Australia is looking for an ASP .Net/C# developer to join their team on short term contract with possibility of extension.Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager the successful candidate will be required to provide advice and analysis of existing software defects as well as perform design on new and modified features of the software. This person will have exceptional software development skills in ASP.NET websites, Javascript, C# and SQL with these skills to be utilised on a daily basis. The ability to work independently and produce work to a high standard will be critical to the success of the chosen candidate.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

- C# .NET 4.0
- ASP.NET 2.0
- Javascript
- JQuery
- Linq2SQL
- Source Control Management (branching, merging)
- Experience with Infragistics ASP.NET controls
- Experience with Git
- Windows Service Development
- Concurrent Programming
- SQL Development (Query Optimisation, Stored Procedures)
- WCF
- Visual Studio Database Projects
