Net Developer

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced .NET Developer for the following role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and write programs using commonly used use concepts, practices and procedures
- Converts project specs and statements of problems and procedures into Software
- Implement business requirements into the current applications
- Review, and makes changes to programs using various methods, while applying subject matter
- Conduct testing of programs and appropriate software to meet the clients expectations
- Ongoing support and maintenance of existing applications, including correction of  any identified errors in the existing programs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years as a C# .NET developer within a financial area
- Significant experience with the design, development and maintenance of enterprise data systems
- Strong knowledge of different integration approaches like web services, message queues, etc.
- Hands on experience working with XML and XSLT
- Professional experience integrating 3rd party vendor systems
- Experience in agile engineering practices like continuous integration, unit testing, deployment automation Experience in Test Driven Development
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum development projects
- Experience with SOA/Http REST Services, would be an advantage
- Strong analytical, conceptual and client facing skills
- Able to deliver high quality results in a complex and high pressure
- Fluent in English and proficiency in German would be an advantage
