NET/C# Developer - Java - Banking - Switzerland

.NET DEVELOPER REQUIRED, to join a small team of developers to create a solution which

- interfaces with an external calculation application and stores the data in an existing internal database
- exports data into a new star-schema based database
- runs quality checks on the received data, including time series analysis
- provides a GUI for operators to monitor the extraction and checking processes
- provides a GUI to end users to visualise the data

TIME FRAME: JULY 2018-MARCH 2019

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- MS C# 6.0+
- MS ASP.NET core MVC, SignalR
- MS Entity Framework 6/core
- Javascript: jquery(-ui), (nv)3d
- MS SQL Server 2016+
- Python v3.5+, pandas, pytest, matplotlib
- MS TFS 2017, git: setup & maintenance of CI workflows for .NET and python
- GUI and Back End development
- Object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
- test-driven development concepts, agile (Kanban) development methodologies
- good understanding of financial instruments and transactions, especially related to asset management a plus
- basic knowledge of descriptive statistics a plus
