.NET ARCHITECT - CONTRACT
Our client are seeking to hire a .NET on a daily rate contract in Dublin City Centre. Please see below an outline of the role, if you would like to apply for the role please send your CV or call for more info.
The Role
- Devise strategies and processes for new application development
- Develop the conceptual solution architecture, System landscape (as-is and to-be)
- Process/function/system/data mapping
- Identify gaps/overlaps between the as-is and to-be environments by process/function/data/technology
- Identify potential architecture capability gaps, architectural risks, assumptions, and approaches
- Identify potential conflicts, interdependencies, optimization opportunities, etc
Requirements
- 10+ Years of IT Development in Microsoft Technologies.
- Expertise in Enterprise/Custom Development, multi-threaded and distributed architecture
- Strong experience in MICROSOFT .NET FRAMEWORKS (VISUAL STUDIO), C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC
- Databases, XML, Web Services, Agile development methodologies and Microsoft patterns and Practices
- MUST have knowledge of cloud technologies, SPECIFICALLY WINDOWS AZURE
- Must have knowledge of Open Source technologies such as Java, Tomcat, Apache, Linux, etc
- Able to perform complex Business Process decomposition
- IT Application Strategy Experience.
- Understand and explain related technical features of solutions
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and lead key discussions with respect to complex application integration challenges and alignment with key business teams
- Have strong presentation and documentation skills
- Have strong interpersonal and organizational change management skills
- Must be able to effectively interact with client representatives, project management, and fellow team members
- Have ability to communicate with Senior Management
